2017 Puerto Rico

Hurricane Maria

 Hurricane Maria pummeled the island territory of Puerto Rico as a Category 4 hurricane on Sept. 20, 2017.   It was regarded as the worst natural disaster in recorded history to affect those islands.  Calvary Relief teams made two trips to Puerto Rico, one in September and one the following February to  help with clean-up efforts and share the hope and love of Jesus Christ.

Hurricane Harvey

Hurricane Harvey was a devastating Category 4 hurricane that made landfall on Texas and Louisiana in August 2017, causing catastrophic flooding and many deaths

CCOB's Calvary Relief team went down to Houston in September of 2017 to join in relief effort.  Pictures are of the meals prepared & served in the parking lot of Calvary Houston, a fence reconstructed and a house they cleaned out showing also the amount of trash all through the neighborhood.
