A deadly EF-3 tornado with 150 mph winds hit Clarksville, TN on Dec. 9, 2023 claiming the lives of 4 people and destroying 243 homes and damaging 1171 residential sites.

Our Calvary Relief team recently deployed to Clarksville, TN seeing first-hand all the damage caused by this EF-3 tornado.   We now have the opportunity to go back on a REBUILD project to repair and rebuild homes damaged during this storm.

We will be deploying to Clarksville on Sunday, April 28th to Friday, May 3rd, 2024 serving with Samaritan's Purse and ministering to those in desperate need of help - letting them know we care and, most importantly, that God cares.

Project Description:   Team members will assist in rebuilding homes in Clarksville, TN area.  No skills are necessary prior to serving.  Staff will instruct and guide volunteers through completion of rebuild tasks.

Additional Information: Meals and sleeping quarters will be provided.  Volunteers just need to bring linen, pillow, towel, and toiletries.  Tools will be provided as well as two Samaritan's Purse t-shirts, but need to bring long pants, jacket and sturdy shoes/boots.  Calvary Relief team members will be given a Calvary Relief t-shirt (to be worn while traveling) and tote bag.

 

TOTAL COST is only $350 (which covers RT airfare, van/car rental, gas, food & lodging) to be paid when registering for the trip so airline tickets can be purchased. (NOTE - if airfares increase significantly, there may be an additional charge of $100 - $200, so please register early).
