Hurricane Helene made landfall with 140-mph winds along Florida’s Big Bend region, sweeping through the southeast and heading north leaving a path of catastrophic devastation in 5 states. One of the hardest hit areas was Asheville, NC.
Our Calvary Relief team will be deploying back to Asheville, NC on Dec. 1st to Dec. 8th serving with Samaritan's Purse and Billy Graham RRT Chaplains ministering to those in desperate need of help - letting them know we care and, most importantly, that God cares.

Project Description: Team members will assist homeowners affected by the hurricane and will help in Jesus' Name with tree work, debris cleanup, roof tarping, and mud outs. No skills are necessary prior to serving. Teams will be led and instructed by experienced team leads.
Accommodations: We will be staying at the Billy Graham Training Center at The Cove, Asheville, NC 28805.

Additional Information: Meals will be provided. Volunteers just need to bring blow-up mattress, linen, pillow, towel, and toiletries. Tools will be provided as well as two Samaritan's Purse t-shirts, but need to bring long pants and sturdy shoes/boots. Calvary Relief team members will be given a Calvary Relief t-shirt (to be worn while traveling) and tote bag.
TOTAL COST: $650 if deploying with us on Dec. 1st (or $500 on Dec. 2nd, or $350 Dec. 3rd - 8th) which covers RT airfare, van/car rental, gas, food & lodging) to be paid when registering for the trip so airline tickets can be purchased. (NOTE - airfares to Asheville jumped way up on Dec. 1st and 2nd so that is why the difference in cost of trip).
